How to create ticket support?
Create Ticket Guide
Step 1 - Click button Create a ticket from the Main Page.
Step 2 - Choose ticket categories your are facing and select to proceed on the next step.
Step 3 - Fill out all required field (*) and then select submit a ticket.
Step 4 - Select review my ticket to proceed on the next page where you able to see your ticket created.
Step 5 - You can leave a message on you ticket to follow up support.
Step 6 - You can also call PIC personnel for follow up support.
